The Cocoon Coffee House and Catering Company locating on the Hawley Silk Mill property offers a community gathering spot, its own blend of fair trade coffee, teas, pastries, take out food, free wifi service, and other items. With a menu featuring two different paninis each day along with a choice of two entrees and various sides, the Cocoon offers another venue for lunch meetings and gatherings. Hours are 7:00 am until 6:00 pm seven days a week with the possibility of extended hours throughout the summer. The atmosphere is comfortable, food is excellent, and the building has business class wifi connectivity.
