PPL's Wallenpaupack Environmental Learning Center features an auditorium, science laboratory, resource library and meeting rooms. Environmental programs are offered to the public year-round. Subjects may include birds, wildflowers, wetlands and watersheds, and fishing education. The center is home to historical photos, hydroelectricity exhibits and and Native American artifacts. The nearby lake offers year-round recreation opportunities including camping, fishing, boating and water-skiing.

Wallenpaupack Lake Trail

Activities: Eagle Observation and Bird Watching, Hiking

Approximately 1.5 miles along the Lake Wallenpaupack shore, this trail begins at the junction of Rt 507 and Rt 6 and ends at the PPL Wallenpaupack Environmental Learning Center.
