Calkins Creamery, constructed in 2006, was built by the Bryant Family on the family farm, with the hope of sustaining the farm across many more generations. Raw milk, artisanal cheeses, beef, whey-fed pork and heirloom tomatoes available at the farm Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 3pm. Also available at Wayne County Farmers’ Market, Sunrise Market, Cavage’s Market and IGA (complete list of PA, NY, and NJ outlets available on website). Online orders accepted.
