Blue Loop Trail around Gates Meadow
The Red Loop Trail around Blue Heron Swamp.
The intersecting White Deer Trail which crosses 402 over to White Deer Lake. At the end of White Deer Lake Road is another small parking area(off 402) which accesses DeGroat Road over to West Brook Trail. It can be followed along Spring Brook Creek back out to Rt. 6 and parking(about 2 miles).
