Foundation Trail

Down the road from Huckleberry Trail at the end of Lily Pond, an old woods road leads off to the left. This is a very satisfying hike along the long-out-of-use, rutted road for a good ¾ mile through beautiful upland woods to another tributary of the Savantine. The road continues on the other side, but is probably only passable in dry weather.
